Do I need to install anything?
No editor installation is required. Sign in and open the studio in a current desktop browser. MP4 encoding depends on your browser and device; the studio checks compatibility before creation.
What happens to my recording?
The complete recording stays on your device. Only the frames and brief you approve are sent for AI processing. See the Privacy Policy for processors and retention.
What does one creation include?
Standard AI creation uses 30 credits for analysis, a storyboard and one campaign image. Manual adjustments, MP4 exports and repeat downloads are included. Starting a new AI creation uses another 30 credits.
Can I try it before paying?
You can watch public examples without signing in. After signing in you can explore the sample editor and manual preview. AI creation requires a sufficient credit balance; there is no public signup credit gift.
What if creation fails?
Reserved AI credits are returned when creation fails. Contact support for purchase or refund questions. A completed creation is charged even if you choose not to export.
How long is my work available?
Download within 24 hours of creation. Website work, generated assets and saved browser MP4s expire and are cleared. Files you have already downloaded remain on your device.
