Information we collect
When you activate a subscription, we may collect your delivery email, selected plan, preferred research categories, Alipay payer name, payment screenshot, transaction details visible in that screenshot, and any information you add to the activation form. When you contact support, we collect the message and contact information you provide.
The public website does not currently require an account. Basic server logs may be processed by GitHub Pages as the website hosting provider.
How we use information
- Confirm payment and activate the purchased plan.
- Send reports, daily signals, and custom research deliverables.
- Apply category preferences and answer support requests.
- Prevent duplicate or fraudulent activation requests.
- Maintain business and transaction records where required.
Service providers
Alipay processes payments under its own privacy terms. Tally hosts the activation form and processes form submissions. GitHub Pages hosts this website. Email providers process delivery and support messages. These providers may process information according to their own policies and locations.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate payment confirmation, form collection, hosting, email delivery, and support, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
Activation and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the subscription, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations. Payment screenshots should include only the information needed to match a payment. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your delivery email, subject to records we must retain for legal or transaction purposes. You may also ask to stop non-essential email. Service-delivery messages may continue while a paid access period remains active.
