Opportunity Intel provides editorial research about potential software opportunities. Depending on the plan shown at purchase, deliverables may include weekly PDF reports, daily signal emails, category filtering, launch angles, and custom opportunity breakdowns.
Activation and access period
Plans are prepaid for the access period described at checkout and do not renew automatically. After payment, you must submit the activation form with a valid delivery email and sufficient payment confirmation. Activation normally occurs within 24 hours after the payment and submitted details can be matched.
Delivery
Weekly reports and daily signals are delivered by email according to the purchased plan. Delivery schedules, remedies for missed delivery, and refund conditions are described in the Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Research limitations
Reports are informational editorial research, not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Public complaints and reviews do not prove market size or willingness to pay. Scores, MVP scopes, pricing suggestions, and launch angles are hypotheses for further validation. We do not guarantee revenue, product success, customer acquisition, or any other business result.
Sources and third-party services
Research may link to public third-party sources. Those sources can change, be removed, contain errors, or represent only the views of their authors. Opportunity Intel is not affiliated with Reddit, Apple, Alipay, Tally, or products referenced in reports. Use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.
Permitted use
You may use delivered research for your own product evaluation and internal business decisions. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or create a competing research database from subscriber-only reports without written permission. Short quotations for commentary are permitted where legally allowed and attributed.
Availability and changes
We may change research categories, source availability, formatting, and delivery methods while preserving the core deliverables of an active plan. Temporary interruptions may occur because of email providers, hosting, third-party sources, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opportunity Intel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the research. Any aggregate liability related to a purchased access period will not exceed the amount paid for that period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
