Refund & Delivery Policy

Clear rules for activation, report delivery, non-renewing access, missed deliverables, and refund requests.

Activation

After paying with Alipay, submit the activation form with your delivery email, selected plan, payer name, and payment screenshot. Activation normally occurs within 24 hours after the payment can be matched to the form submission. If details are incomplete, we may contact you before activation.

Access period and renewal

All plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. The access period begins when activation is confirmed and normally lasts 30 days unless a different period is shown at purchase. Continuing the service requires a new manual payment.

Delivery schedule

Delivery is made to the email submitted during activation. You are responsible for providing a working address and checking spam or filtered folders.

Missed delivery

If an expected deliverable does not arrive, contact lee271420@gmail.com from the delivery email. We will check the record and resend a completed deliverable or provide an appropriate replacement. If a paid core deliverable cannot be provided within a reasonable cure period, you may request a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion.

Refund requests

You may request a full refund before activation and before any paid research deliverable has been sent. Because reports and signals are digital editorial content that can be consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable after delivery begins, except where a core deliverable is not provided, the service materially differs from the purchased plan, or applicable law requires a refund.

Submit a request within seven days of the issue and include the delivery email, plan, payment date, payer name, and reason. Do not send sensitive credentials or unrelated payment information.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned using a reasonably available method and may require additional payment details. Processing time can depend on Alipay or the relevant financial provider. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
