One workflow.
A clearer product demo.
Make a short SaaS product video from a browser recording or interface screenshots. Show the useful outcome before asking people to explore a full demo.
A short SaaS demo works best when it shows one input, one useful action and one result. LaunchCut can turn those product screens into an editable social promo up to 20 seconds; it is not a replacement for a full tutorial.
Record a complete, small success
Use a sample workspace and show a realistic task: summarize a document, arrange a booking or turn raw information into a useful result. Avoid jumping between unrelated dashboard tabs. Remove customer names, email addresses, internal URLs and billing details before recording.
Make desktop interfaces readable
A dense dashboard will not become readable just by shrinking it into a phone-shaped frame. Choose a clean product region, keep the important labels visible and review the proposed framing. X supports a landscape publishing treatment in the studio; inspect the final export dimensions for your destination.
Close with one next step
Ask the viewer to see the demo, join a waitlist or visit the product, rather than stacking several requests. Add a real product URL in the publishing options. LaunchCut provides copy to review and paste; it does not connect to your social account or publish automatically.
Have these ready.
- A sample account with no customer data
- One workflow with a visible result
- Readable labels in the chosen frame
- One next step and a working product link
Questions before you start
Can I use browser screenshots instead?
Yes. Select App screenshots and add up to 15 PNG, JPG or WebP images. Use a recording when the live interaction itself is the main evidence.
Can I make a long onboarding tutorial?
LaunchCut creation is currently capped at 20 seconds. For a detailed walkthrough, create a separate tutorial and use the short film as its introduction.
Take the brief into your film.
Standard 30 credits · Enhanced 60 credits · Manual editing, MP4 export and downloads included.
